OUR BEGINNING
Built from the ground up.
GRIFFYS started in my Rutgers apartment with a simple belief: good nutrition should have a place in everyday life.
We pressed in my dad’s garage, delivered bottles by hand, and brought our products to local gyms and markets. My uncle passed from cancer. My cousin Chris—now my business partner—became part of the reason this work felt personal.
Today, we’re building on those beginnings through neighborhood stores, functional nutrition, and people who care. The ambition has grown. The responsibility to the people we serve stays the same.

Chris Griffin
Co-founder & Head of Nutrition
Chris graduated at the top of his class at Wake Forest University with a degree in biology. He has spent 17 years studying the human body and nutrition, continuing that work through scientific literature and daily practice.
At GRIFFYS, he brings that curiosity and discipline to a shared purpose: making nutrition easier to understand and part of everyday life.
