The Story of Griffy's Organics

• The Beginning
  Welcome to Griffy’s Organics! I’m Avry, and with my cousin Chris, we’ve transformed a passion for health into a mission to nourish communities—one kale leaf at a time. It all began in my Rutgers University apartment, where the kitchen doubled as a lab (and the smoke alarm was practically my roommate).
• Our story was born from heartbreak: the loss of Chris’s father to cancer and supporting a dear friend battling brain cancer. These moments shook us, sparking the question, “Why isn’t healthy food as easy to access as pizza?” Determined to change that, we started serving free, health-focused juices and meals at local events, especially in underserved areas. Watching people light up over our cold-pressed blends was proof that wholesome, delicious food can spark real change.
• But we didn’t stop there. We saw the barriers keeping people from better health and made it our mission to break them—offering free nutrition consultations and empowering communities to reclaim their well-being. Because everyone deserves the tools to thrive.
