We make five resets, and on paper they can look alike. So here is each one laid out bottle by bottle, with the price, the schedule and the ingredients exactly as we list them. Read it once and you will know which one fits your week.

The short version

How a full cleanse day runs

Every full cleanse works the same way. Six numbered bottles, spaced out from morning to early evening. You drink them in order, so the day has a rhythm and you never have to decide what comes next.

Our guidance for the days you are on a cleanse is short. No coffee. No alcohol. No processed foods. Tea is fine, and keep water close all day.

Garden Juice Cleanse: the greens and roots day

Garden is the one to pick if you already reach for green juice. Four of its six bottles are green, the third is beet and berry, and the fourth is carrot and apple.
